Employees carry tension they never name — built through desk hours, travel, and stress. Aescape puts a fully autonomous table in your office: self-scheduled, fully clothed, back to the day in minutes. No showers, no plumbing, no spa build-out.
“Aescape provides a new option that is quick, convenient, effective, and feels great.”

Aescape maps each employee's body and delivers personalized bodywork that adapts in real time — no oils, no scheduling, no provider variability. Every workday.
Body mappingEvery session starts by reading where the body is holding tension — targeted work from the first minute.
The tableEmployees tune pressure, focus, music, and visuals throughout. Theirs, every time.
Ready for the next employeePrivate and self-guided. No oils, no shower — employees are back to their day in minutes.
The appThe table builds a memory of each body, so sessions get more precise every time an employee comes back.

No oils, no table linens between employees, no need to shower — which is why Aescape can transform any space, and why it fits in the middle of a workday.
Every session starts by mapping the body. Some fabrics and dyes interfere with that read, so we standardize the garment — and the scan stays precise for every employee, every time.
In manual bodywork, oil is what keeps a hand from dragging on skin. The fabric does that job instead — enough glide for the touch points to move across the body, enough traction to hold pressure where it’s needed. Nothing is applied to the skin: no oils, no lotions.
No oils on the skin means no shower and no downtime — employees change back and go. Full coverage in a fitted, breathable garment keeps them covered and at ease throughout.
A quick wipe with a disinfectant cloth and the room is ready for the next employee — no table linens to change between sessions, no treatment room to turn over.
160 sets ship with every table, XXS–XXXL. Washable and reusable — we’ll help you set up wash-and-fold.
An enterprise employer ran Aescape at two corporate office campuses from June 2025 through May 2026. Employees self-scheduled; a single attendant managed the room. No promotional support — the numbers held for a year on their own. Partner blinded; figures from Aescape session and CSAT data; photography illustrative.
Campus 1
Campus 2Demand held at 40–74 sessions a week with no promotional support, and holiday dips recovered quickly. Bookings spread evenly across all five weekdays — adoption at the team level, not a power-user group — and peaked between 1 and 4pm, fitting around the workday rather than interrupting it. When one campus relocated, utilization held: employee buy-in is not venue-dependent.
What employees kept saying — top themes from CSAT responses, consistent at both campuses.
Deep, precise, and set by the employee.
The bodywork itself — not the novelty — earned the praise.
Cited as a reason it fits the middle of a workday.
The usual office options each miss on something — consistency, capacity, or the workday itself.

No attendant needed — the room runs self-serve. In the case study, the employer chose to have an existing staff member host the room; that was their choice, not a requirement. The loop:
Employees self-schedule online; walk-ins fit around live availability. Nothing for your team to coordinate or field.
Fresh Aescape apparel waits by the table — washable, reusable, no oil. Employees change and settle in on their own.
A quick body scan, then the table runs the session autonomously, with remote monitoring and support from Aescape.
The employee wipes down the table and drops their apparel in the hamper — the room is ready for the next booking.
8 × 10′, a standard outlet, and it doesn’t need four walls — a wellness room, a spare office, or an open corner all work. Delivered and installed white-glove in 1–2 days: no construction, no plumbing, no showers or locker rooms to add.

A few of the places it fits:
Not sure which room? Our team will coach you on the best approach for your location — down to setting up a wash-and-fold service for the apparel.
Hardware delivers the experience. Platform keeps it performing.
Every table includes delivery, white-glove installation, team training, guest apparel, and launch marketing assets — with a 3-year warranty (2-year extension available), ~99% uptime, and remote support.
Optional: Aescape can manage bookings and process payment in the Aescape app for a 7.5% commerce fee — credit card costs included.
Set utilization to your company's profile and see what the program costs — per session, per employee, per month. If you charge a subsidized session rate, the model nets it out.
Estimate the cost of recovery as a benefit for a single Aescape table over five years. Sessions run 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes and you choose which lengths to offer — in the corporate case study, 45 was the most common choice.
Illustrative only. APR varies by credit profile and lender. The $10,000/year per-device platform fee can be paid as-you-go (2-year minimum) or pre-paid for five years at $40,000 — a 20% discount from $50,000. Bundled pricing is available for both purchase and finance. Employee contributions are optional. Actual results depend on utilization and operating conditions.
The program, not the person: your dashboard shows aggregate utilization, satisfaction, and feedback themes.
Sessions are self-guided, with pressure the employee controls and the ability to stop at any time. Employees should make sure they have none of the contraindications Aescape indicates — and when in doubt, check with their clinician.
No one has to. Employees self-schedule, change into apparel waiting by the table, and wipe the table down afterward — apparel drops in the hamper, and your normal facilities loop takes it from there. Some teams add an attendant or office manager to host the room — optional, not required. Aescape services and updates the unit remotely.
Each table comes with 160 sets of Aescape apparel, sized XXS through XXXL. It's worn once, dropped in the hamper, and washed and laundered as normal — back in rotation like any other linen.
Yes — an open benefit for everyone, or by team, site, or role. You set the terms; employees book within them.
Charging is optional. Run it free as a benefit, or set a per-minute contribution — $1 per minute in the corporate case study. Employees book, pay, and manage sessions in the Aescape app — under the 7.5% commerce & transaction fee, credit card costs included — so there's no billing system for your team to run. Contributions offset the program cost.
You don't have to. Employees self-schedule around live availability in the Aescape app; your team sets the access rules and watches utilization in the dashboard.
Employees can get a letter of medical necessity, which typically makes sessions eligible for FSA reimbursement — they should confirm with their plan administrator.
